This rifle was made in 1880. Standard rifle, full round barrel, full magazine, correct sporting front sight with 1876 folding ladder rear sight. Sharp legends on barrel, has the thumbprint dust cover, walnut stocks, rifle butt, all metal is a clean soft brown patina with smooth metal. Loading gate still has blue finish, has some case colors on hammer, wood is very good to excellent and proud to metal with usual wear. Action is fine with a strong, clean, shiny bore. Very handsome, clean, large 1876 and would also be a great shooter due to the nice bore. (Newer links were fitted and installed)
