Manufactured December 1952 to November 1953. Barrel is stamped "LMR 3 53" (March 1953). Barrel date matches frame. Correct period DRC rear sight. TE reading 4; ME reading +2. Bolt stamp "D28287-18SA" (incorrect). Has a National Match stamp op rod. Left side of barrel has import stamp "Blue Sky". Trigger group stamped "D28290-14-SA" (incorrect). Stock has a "P" in circle on the wrist. No visible inspector stamp on left side. Metal retains a majority of its factory re-applied phosphate finish. Stock is very good to excellent. Front piece is a replacement as color does not match. Fine working order.
