The hand crank moves both the music cylinder and the bellows. The open design of these 20-note reed roller organs made them affordable to the public. The underside of the bellows is stamped with the manufacture date of "Mar 21, 1900". There is a hinged door over the roller with glass and gold stenciling on the wood cabinet. The cabinet exhibits numerous scratches, dings and some paint loss on the stenciling.
