Features 2-3/4" shotgun chambers over a rifled barrel. Manufactured by J.P Sauer & Sohn in Suhl, Germany. Marked "MADE IN WESTERN GERMANY" which indicates it was made after World War II. Barrels feature full matted rib, rifle front sight, pop-up rifle rear sight. Mirror bores. Metal is basically a soft, smooth blue thinning finish. Has a front sling swivel, tang selector switch, left side safety, double set triggers, satin nickel engraved boxlock frame and blued release lever. German style sloping checkered pistol grip walnut stock with small European cheek piece, sling swivel, logo black composite buttplate and checkered walnut forend with Deeley release. Contrasting satin nickel and blue. All matching numbers on forend, barrel and action. Wood is near mint with a couple of impressions. Delicate engraving on frame is excellent. Engraved blue trigger guard. Lock-up tight as new. Comes in aluminum carrying case with two original boxes of ammo, original sling, two brass snap caps, and extra firing pin in Krieghoff carry case. Original case is aluminum made by Universal.
