Offered is a fine all original, early war blued example with the ac42 factory code and matching numbers. Left side of frame has Waffenamt 359. Right side of slide has two Waffenamt 359 and one eagle with swastika. Serial number has G code. Sports the black standard composite grips. Magazine is stamped with Waffenamt 359. Pistol is in excellent condition retaining approximately 85% of its war-time blue finish, thinning at muzzle, and some minor spotting on barrel. Near mint bore. Comes in a correct period holster stamped "P.38" with the maker code "EWX" and dated 1944.
