Circa turn of the century. Hand made wooden chest with blacksmith latches and hinges. Pinned with early nails and flat head screw. Old rubber stamped markings read "Fargo Express", "Wells Fargo & Co." and number 2924. Made by J.Y. Ayer. Great patina.
