Barrel is stamped, "W" for Winchester, dated 1 of 1918. Barrel has remains of black enamel finish. Has field replacement stock stamped "V1" with no cartouche. Has an Eddystone rear sight. Typical WWII rebuild using mixed parts with the dark parkerized finish that was finished in enamel. Fine action, strong rifled bore. Stock is excellent. Comes with a period canvas case.
