Manufactured in 1942. This is a standard model war era rifle. Manufactured during the time of low civilian production. Features round barrel, magazine fed, take down, blued finish, sporting sights, walnut stock with round grooved forend and metal grooved buttplate. Barrel is a ting mix of blue-brown patina. Tube retains 80% blue. Frame and bolt retain approximately 90% of original blue with overall high edge wear. Stocks are excellent and proud to metal. Action fine with a very good rifled bore.
