The Model 1902 is identical to the Model 1897 but fitted with an automatic ejector. These rifles were made from 1897 to 1902 with the Model 1902 being made for only one year. Features full length walnut forend with short walnut upper hand guard, military sights, two barrel bands, cleaning rod, bayonet lug, two sling swivels, and standard rolling block action. Frame is basically a grey patina. Barrel retains 90% original blue finish and is stamped "CAL. 7MM". Wood is excellent with a few usual dings. Action is perfect. Strong rifled bore. Both barrel bands are stamped with "U".
