The natural base of this work is inscribed "Rusty Phelps 13-15". It depicts an enraged bison with broken guns on the ground and a powder horn hanging on its horn by a strap. It has a dark brown patina and is mounted on a wood plinth with a plaque that reads "Rampage / Rusty Phelps."
Condition: (Excellent).
