Silver and green lighted front with Chief head figure. Nevada Club Bonus Club sign on the top. Ashtray on both sides of the coin dispenser. With re-plated upper and bottom castings. Bottom back side of the cabinet and coin tray show corrosion. Includes two keys. Circa 1958.
