This lot consists of a marble gentleman. The figure is donned in what appears to be ancient attire, something that resembles ancient Roman wear. Several different colors of marble were use to execute this piece- white, pinkish orange, dark green, and dark brown. The draped cloth is what closely resembles ancient Roman ware. Under this, the figure dons a pinkish orange garment with white rope and a large chained necklace. The figure resembles ancient Roman statues with the way that the artist composed his facial features and hair. The bust also wears a green wreath. Please take note that repairs have been made to the piece and cracks are present. Normal wear is also present on this piece.
