Manufactured in 1908. Standard rifle features full octagon barrel, full magazine, original Winchester sporting front and rear sights, walnut stocks, rifle buttplate. The tube retains 30% blue, brown patina with some scratches on end, barrel retains 70% original blue and thinning on edges, high edge wear, sharp legends. Frame, lever and hammer are basically untouched grey metal patina with perfect screws. 30% blue on loading gate. Walnut forend is very good, proud to metal with some dings. Buttstock has a screw and nut repair at wrist with numerous dings. Action is fine. Very good rifled bore; still strong. Fairly scarce and desirable. Would benefit from a new buttstock.
