The pressed steel front of this machine has hand painted graphics that say "Burgess Equipment" and there is a lever to control which shift is being punched in or out as well as a receiver for the time card. Housed within the oak cabinet is a pendulum clock that was manufactured by the International Time Recording Co. of New York. Two keys for the cabinet and one large winding key are included.
