Elegant front casting with the Mills Novelty signature Liberty Bell and owl designs, as well as an image of Spearmint mints, for which the machine was named. This example has replacement reel strips, award card, and cash box, as well and an incorrect replacement back door. In working condition. Circa 1920. Two keys are provided.
