The slide has the early Type II Colt pony that was used from the beginning of the commercial production from 1913-1915. Has all early commercial pre-war parts to include short wide spur checkered hammer, checkered slide stop and safety, long smooth trigger, diamond checkered walnut grips, straight backstrap housing with lanyard. Grip straps are basically grey patina. Balance of frame retains approximately 85% blue with light drag line. Slide retains 85% blue, balance grey. Blued barrel has "J" stamped on left lug. Slide retains 75-85% original high polish blue finish, balance grey patina.
