This green felt layout has a wooden frame, gold border, and 6 red ovals. Written in a gold diamond is "H.C. Evans & Co. / Chicago / Ill. / 1522-28. W. Adams." handwritten in black ink. There are now eyelets in the back and a wire for hanging.
