Both of these racks hold marker chips in various denominations. They are from Riley's Lake House in Saratoga Springs, New York. Once, a lavish and extravagant restaurant and club where the gambling action took place out of sight, in the back rooms. The gambling scene in Saratoga became a local spot for the Mob when, in the early 1930's, Charles "Lucky" Luciano and Meyer Lansky joined the cast of club owners.
