Very interesting and elaborate toy. When it rolls, bell is hit with two rotating balls. Can be cranked by hand. Pipe cleaner on elephant's nose is a replacement, otherwise toy looks all original. Some paint chipping and loss on platform and on figure. Some yellow highlights on platform. One or two newer solder marks.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
