This was a special project issued by the American Historical Foundation where they took 100 original Colt Model 1903 pistols and engraved them with nickel plating, right side is engraved "Centennial 100 Colt Model M". These were hand engraved in a scroll pattern with dot background and fitted with dark wood ebony style grips. Magazines were fully nickel plated. Fully operational. Beautifully finish and in as new, as upgraded condition with razor sharp legends and fitted in an oak and glass case. This is No. 18 of 100. Also includes a pair of white gloves for handling. These pistols retailed at $2,485 when manufactured.
