This Lot of 2 consists of: 1 - License for William Campbell to keep an Inn or Tavern. Dated March 8, 1796, signed by Richard Varick. Interestingly, in addition to being appointed Mayor of New York City in 1789, he was previously Aid-de-Camp to Benedict Arnold and military secretary to General George Washington during the American Revolution. 1 - Citation issued to Ed Warren, City of Phillipsburg, Montana for conducting a game of stud horse poker. Dated 1904.
