Manufactured in 1919. Serial numbers match on barrels, forearm and action. Blued chromox barrels with solid matte rib and single brass bead, marked near breeches "CHROMOX FLUID COMPRESSED STEEL / MADE BY A.H. FOX GUN CO. PHILA. PA. U.S.A.". Boxlock action with chiseled scrolls on all sides and with an "ANSLEY H. FOX" banner on both sides. Automatic safeties, extractors and double set triggers. Walnut pistol grip buttstock and splinter forearm with Deeley release. Good condition; barrels reblued. Bore is very good. Markings on top light. Action polished bright with some wear to engraved designs. Stock rough with heavy losses, to finish, crack in wrist, repair behind actions and some missing wood on forearm. Action is tight.
