This lot consists of a watercolor painting of a large building that overpowers the remainder of the painting. In the foreground there is a trolley, several horse drawn wagons, and numerous pedestrians. By the dress and the wagons, the painting appears to be in the early 1800's. If one looks closely, the original pencil lines from the artist are present underneath the watercolor. This piece was not examined out of the frame and does not appear to be signed. The watercolor is framed in a lighter color wooden frame with minor golden color detailing. The piece displays normal wear.

Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).

Item Dimensions: Framed: 30-3/4" x 27".
