Manufactured by the Standard Arms Co. in Wilmington, Delaware from 1909 to 1914. It was a very intriguing rifle at the time as it was both gas operated and worked on the slide action. This is a Model M that features blued finish with walnut stock and cast bronze forend pump. Has the decorative cast bronze buttplate. Gun retains approximately 95% original blue with some rubs on tube and some minor scratches on barrel. Mirror bore and perfect action. Stock is excellent. Far above average condition.
