This lot consists of a landscape painting that depicts a rural Pennsylvania farm house and barn. Based on the horse drawn wagon and the dress of the farmer and woman picking flower in the middle ground of the painting, it appears that this depicts an early 1900's farm home. In the foreground there is a dirt road and white fence that leads to the farm house and horse drawn wagon. To the left of the farm house is a red wood and stone barn with several Hex signs on the front. The painting is signed on the lower right and is framed in a minor light wood frame. Normal wear is present, but the painting was not taken out of the frame for examination.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
