Comprising: A) French flintlock pistol - two stage steel barrel with French markings on top flat and gold inlay decoration. Engraved steel mounts and replaced contemporary flintlock mechanism. Wood stock with some carving around barrel tang and belt hook on left side. Poor condition; steel components with scattered areas of rust, stock has much of forend replaced with numerous other repairs. Replaced ramrod and loose trigger guard. B) Middle Eastern style flintlock pistol - tapered round barrel with gold koftgari decoration. Flat flintlock lockplate with gilt designs on plate and cock. Stock of German silver and carved wood. Silver mounts with niello decoration. Good condition; barrel and lock very good, stock shows wear, scattered marks and a minor crack below lockplate. Capucine missing. Faux ramrod entry thimble. Mounts tarnished with some minor losses.
