This rifle was received in warehouse February 18th, 1908. It was shipped from the factory with a 28" octagon barrel, .38 caliber with set trigger and Lyman hunting front sight. This unusual rifle letters with an extra long 28" full octagon barrel with full magazine, special order Lyman hunting front sight, a Marbles folding leaf express rear sight, blued finish, walnut stock, rifle butt, and set trigger. Barrel and tube retain 90% original blue mixing with some soft brown patina. Razor sharp edges and legends. Frame has approximately 75% blue on left side, 60% on right. Wood is excellent, proud to metal with no cracks. Fine working order. This unusual long barrel retains tons of original condition. Strong, clean rifled bore. Hammer and lever still retain traces of color on sides.
