Gun (A) is a Model 1891 Argentina Mauser made in Germany for the Argentine military. Missing the Argentine crest on bridge. Remains in near mint, almost unfired condition. Retains virtually all of the original blue finish with just some high wear spots. The section of the bridge where crest was removed is brown patina. Fire blue bolt release. Matching numbers on barrel, frame, right side of stock, magazine assembly, bolt, cleaning rod. Features a full length walnut stock in near mint condition, short hand guard, single barrel band, forend tip with bayonet lug, military sights adjustable to 2,000 meters, and all proper proofs. Near mint bore and action. Gun (B) is a Argentine Model 1909. Rifle is based on the Gew 98 design, produced in Germany. Partial crest on bridge. Matching serial numbers on frame, right side of stock, bolt, floorplate. Standard features include full-length walnut stock, single barrel band, forend cap with bayonet attachment and military sights to 2,000 meters. 90% blue on barrel, forend tip and barrel band. Bolt and frame are in the white. 90% blue on trigger guard and floorplate with some rust spotting. Very good wood with usual dings. Fine bore and action.
