This is basically an excellent made reproduction of the very rare iron frame Henry. While not as flashy as the brass framed models, these steel framed Henrys are far more reliable and will give many more years of surface to the shooter and hunter. The blued steel frame will not reflect in the sunshine while hunting as the brass ones often do. Features the German silver knife blade front sight. Has the typical Henry ladder front sight, no extra notches in frame. Does not look to have been used and retains all its original factory blue finish. Beautiful walnut stock with no cracks or chips, simply a few minor storage marks. Even the buttplate retains virtually of it's original factory blue finish. Perfect action, fine clean bore. Navy Arms is well respected for importing some of the finest Henry rifles made. Currently list price for this rifle is approximately $2,000.
