According to the factory letter this revolver was shipped with a 7-1/2" barrel, .44 caliber, in the soft with wood stocks to Hartley & Graham, New York City, 2-24-88. Was engraved in New York style with a scroll and punched out background. Features a fine etched panel, three line patent on frame and full nickel plating with ivory grips. Gun appears to be unfired. Retains virtually all of its nickel finish. Nearly full coverage engraving. Beautiful stocks and perfect four click Colt action. Strong near mint bore. Near mint New York engraved Colt Frontier revolver. CORRECTION: While definitely NY engraved, it appears the engraving was refinished and re-nickled after 1st application.
