The Colt Magnum was manufactured from 1953 to 1961, with this example manufactured in 1957. Standard features include a 6” barrel, blued finish, double action, six shot, chambered for the .357 magnum cartridge, with adjustable sights, front ramp sight has a red nylon insert and the Colt Python style (smiley) medallion walnut checkered grips. Grips have two chips on the rear of the butt. It has the Colt Python style wide spur hammer. A trigger shoe has been added. There is a run to the finish on the trigger guard, light muzzle wear, high edge cylinder wear, and a light drag line. Overall 98% original factory finish. Mint grips, bore, and action. Comes in the original Colt cardboard box numbered on bottom with the original numbered test target, warranty card and handling instructions.
