Manufactured 1929. This beautiful pre-war single action features a Colt high polish royal blue barrel, cylinder, ejector rod housing and straps with case colored frame and polished hammer with fire blue top and back. Barrel and ejector rod retain virtually all of their original factory blue finish. Cylinder shows light drag line and very light high edge wear. Left side of frame has approximately 60% original case colors, some brilliant. Right side of frame 70% colors. Traces on top strap. Grip straps have worn smooth to gun metal grey with blue on top of back strap and traces of blue on forward part of trigger guard. Colt logo black composite grips are near mint. Screw heads are generally very nice with Nitre blue intact, except for large left side screw head is slightly misshapen/marred. Grips panels have 452 etched in top (original). Fine bore and action.
