Basis for this custom conversion was an 1862 Police that was polished in the bright. Features beautiful engraving. Has a new .38 Special cylinder and conversion ring. Features nearly full coverage scroll and border engraving. Even the hammer is engraved. Reproduction Tiffany style grips. Barrel was cut. Polished to look like new condition. All visible matching numbers. Strong, clean, near mint bore. Handsome as customized Colt conversion built on an original Colt 1862. Would be a lot of fun to shoot.
