This lot consists of a three dimensional rendering of the Capital building, located in Washington, D.C. It appears that the rendering could be composed of cork and displays great attention to detail. Overall the coloring of the building is a muted mixture of the colors brown and tan. The sky in the background is a wash of blue to match the river in the foreground. The image is matted and framed in a dark wooden frame with hints of gold, set behind glass. The frame displays wear. Overall the three dimensional rendering is in good condition with minor wear. There are areas that are deficient of the matter that it is comprised of, along with cracks. Water damage is also present.
