This lot consists of a landscape painting with a large tree to the left of the canvas and a red covered bridge. On the right of the painting is a large river with a boat and figure inside. In the distance and surrounding landscape, it appears as if it is trees with land and rolling hills. Figures are present all along the left side of the canvas. From the colors that the artist used and the positioning of the shadows from the figures it appears as if it is just after the sun has set. The artist signed the painting on the lower right of the canvas. Overall the painting is in good condition with craquelure present. The painting is framed in an ornately carved wooden frame. Normal wear is present and there are some areas where the frame is deficient of wood and carving.
