Aluminum high eagle helmet made by Cairns & Brothers, N.Y. Brass front shield with "HECO" interlocked standing for Humane Fire Co., Norristown, PA. Painted white (original) blue trim and gilded "1852" organization date on rear brim. 40 combs, slight damage to top of eagle and shield. Circa 1890- 1900.
Condition: (Very Good).
