Measures 10 - 1/2" tall by 8" diameter. Wood construction with wood bands. Top retains original paper label marked "HAMILTON POWDER COMPANY / SEALING / POWDER / MONTREAL". Blue and white label features a drawing of a large seal with several seals and hunters in the background. Excellent condition; keg has all original bands and shows a few storage marks and some minor shrinkage. Complete with threaded wood plug on bottom. Label excellent with a few very minor scuffs and some staining. This is the rarest size of powder kegs, a hard to find piece in excellent condition!
