The Mannlicher Schoenauer Magnum rifle Model MCA is extremely scarce and features the straight butter knife bolt handle, strengthened at the base, pistol grip checkered walnut half stock, Pachmayr pad, black pistol grip cap and forend tip. Bolt is polished. Features blued metal, two leaf folding rear sight and hooded ramp front sight. Sports a Redfield 3x9 scope. Walnut stock has beautiful dark, contrasting grain. Metal retains nearly all of its original blue finish, except for the right rear bridge which is almost a gun metal straw color, with a couple of minor marks. Near new inside. Production numbers on the .264 are not known but are virtually never seen, much like the scarce caliber Winchester Model 70s. This is one of those rifles in which too few are noted, therefore putting them into the extreme rarity category, and this example is in fine condition.
