This standard 98 has the Nazi eagle stamp on left side of barrel and frame. Chamber is stamped with Waffenamt and "BCD 43" for Wilhelm-Gustloff-Werke, Weimar 1943. Right side of barrel is stamped "bys". Parts are mismatched. No visible import stamps. Metal parts on are a semi-bright arsenal reapplied blue. Laminate stock in very good condition; butt has been put back together as it was a "duffle cut". Comes with an original sling. Fine bore and action.
