Damascus steel barrels separated by solid steel rib, the top barrel rifled, the bottom smoothbore. Top flat inlaid in silver with "G. GREIS IN MUNCHEN" and having diminutive sights. Patent breeches with twin casehardened back action locks engraved with fine scrolls. Walnut grip with flared butt with relief carved designs and checkered panel on each side of grip. Features double triggers, engraved steel triggerguard, and engraved casehardened grip cap. Complete with vintage associated varnished mahogany box with partitioned green interior. Exterior with spring latches and leather carrying handle. Associated accessories include a contemporary pewter flask, an ebony cleaning rod, a powder measure, and a tin of Eley percussion caps. Excellent condition, barrels retain almost all of Damascus finish and much of case colors on breech. Bores are excellent and shiny and actions are strong. Locks mostly turned to brown patina and stock is excellent with a few light marks. Case refinished and relined, pistol must be on half-cock to fit in compartment. Accessories are good.
