This lot consists of a large oil on canvas of a landscape by Robert Ward Van Boskerck. Originally this painting has a plaque noting the artist, R. W. Van Boskerck." The artist's signature is also present on the lower right of the painting. Van Boskerck captured a beautiful serene landscape with a lake present in the foreground, trees and shrubbery present in the middle ground with mountains in the background. Light colored clouds are present in the sky with a pinkish purple tint, suggesting that Van Boskerck received his inspiration for this image during a sunset. It is encased in a damaged vintage frame. Please take note that the frame displays wear with pieces of the intricate frame removed.
