Manufactured 1958. This rifle is extremely scarce and has the old style look of the EG Model in the scarce and popular .308 Winchester caliber. Features round barrel, gold bead front sight on ramp,sporting rear sight on barrel collar (similar to pre-64 Winchester Model 70), high polish blued frame, cartridge counter, cocking indicator, checkered deluxe dark walnut stock and pistol grip cap, blued steel serrated buttplate, factory jeweled bolt and case colored lever. Factory drilled and tapped for scope. Rifle is in near new condition inside and out with a few light handling marks. Comes with the original factory instruction booklet in original envelope with string attached. Very scarce and desirable rifle, especially in this high condition.
