This lot consists of a small framed portrait of President Jackson. Depicted in this portrait, the artist has displayed the President with age and concern. It is almost as if the artist has chosen to depict President Jackson at the end of his duration as the President of the United States,with great concern for what will happen next. The artist has donned President Jackson in a black coat with, white collared shirt, black tie, and white ruffled area resembling an ascot. He is in front of a faded brown colored background. This treasure is framed, matted and placed under glass. Overall the piece appears to be in good condition with normal wear present. It looks as if the frame has taken most of the wear.
