This lot consists of a bronze bust of President Abraham Lincoln. The artist took great care to really make sure that the facial features of the President are as close as possible. No viewer would be able to mistake him for another President. President Lincoln is depicted as looking down and to the left with his head slightly tilted down- just ever so slightly. The bust sits on top of a bronze square base. "C. Hill." is inscribed onto the base, along with the dates "1809-1865." The artist dons the President in a suit coat with a collared button down shirt and tie. Normal wear is present to the piece.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
