Round blued chromium molybdenum alloy steel barrels. Breech stamp "P. BERETTA GARDONE V.T. / BERETTA / MADE IN ITALY". Matte chrome scalloped boxlock action marked on both sides with Beretta logo and "PIETRO BERETTA / Founded in 1680 / Made in Italy / SILVER SNIPE 12 Gauge". Bottom marked "S55 / BREVET / MONOBLOC". Features include single trigger, automatic safeties and extractors. Circassion walnut pistol grip buttstock with Red Head rubber recoil pad. Checkering on both sides of wrist and plain walnut forearm. Excellent condition, barrels retain 95-98% original blue finish with some minor edge wear near breech. Bores are excellent and shiny. Actions retains nearly all of original finish and some light wear to bluing behind forearm on bottom. Stock very good with a few minor marks from use and one very small nick behind action on left side. Forearm shows some loses to finish and has some minor marring to checkering.
