An exquisite homage to traditional watchmaking in both aesthetic and technical aspect, this outstanding timepiece from Audemars Piguet turns back time by employing a slightly vintage appearance that focuses on the essentials, while incorporating the fascinating Grande Sonnerie complication - a function that brings back echoes of the past through its delicate sound. Made of platinum for an additional touch of prestigious feel, the case of this amazing timepiece measures 39mm in diameter, conceals a hand-wound mechanical movement behind the solid case back and features a push-piece at two o'clock for activating the mechanism that sounds hours and quarter-hours. Located at the six o'clock position, small seconds are the only indication beside central hours and minutes on the marvelously ornamented silver-toned dial. The watch is worn on a black crocodile leather strap secured on the wrist with deployment clasp.
