A superb instrument for extremely precise measuring of time and calculating various values, this remarkable timepiece from Breitling also boasts an attractive appearance that reflects its technical and practical qualities while ensuring excellent legibility in all conditions. Along with standard hours and minutes shown via central hands, small seconds at three o’clock and date window at the six o’clock position, the bronze dial with silver and luminescent details also features the elaborate chronograph function. Featuring 30-minute and 12-hour counters at nine and six o’clock respectively, the chronograph records elapsed seconds via sweeping red central hand that combines with the “slide rule” outer ring to allow numerous calculations frequently used by pilots. Made of 18K rose gold and tastefully combined with a brown leather strap secured on the wrist with a deployment clasp, the case features sapphire crystal front and bi-directional rotating bezel made of stainless steel and black rubber, ensuring 30m water resistance and housing the self-winding Breitling 14 caliber that builds up an approximate power reserve of 42 hours.
