Germany, Ca. 1910. Bisque shoulder head incised "7 Germany", may be other marks under the kid. Molded and painted hair, intaglio eyes, open/closed mouth with two lower teeth. Kid body (some wear) with bisque lower arms, vintage shoes and socks.
