This rifle was manufactured by Pedersoli and was sold by Dixie Gun Works, so stamped on the bottom octagon barrel flat. It is of the highest quality, near exact replica of an original Model 1874 Sharps sporting rifle. Features a blued full octagon barrel, Rocky Mountain sporting front sight, Lawrence type folding ladder military rear sight, case colored long range tang vernier sight, beautiful case colored frame and lever, blued bolt, double set triggers, smooth blued shotgun butt, non-checkered pistol grip walnut stock and walnut forend with Schnabel. Fine bore and action. This rifle is near new inside and out. Arguably one of the best quality and closest reproductions one can get. A great rifle on the range or in the field.
