These were manufactured with complete upper and magazine to convert the Colt Model 1911-A1 to fire the .22 LR cartridge. Features high polished blue slide with matte finish top, target adjustable rear sight, all necessary internal parts, "COLT CAL. .22 LR" stamped magazine with matte finish. Slide retains approximately 80% original factory blue finish. Mint bore. Slide is not serial numbered. Comes in the early pre-war style hinged maroon box with proper end label, original price of $45 written, and original instructions dated February 1948. Box is excellent and complete with perfect aprons.
